The Belgium Centre (BELZ) at Paderborn University is celebrating its eighth Belgium Day on Wednesday, 15 May with discussion panels, a museum case competition, a raffle and a concert in Paderborn Cathedral.
Guests will gain an insight into the wide range of sports on offer, from rugby and lacrosse to Argentine dancing and Zumba, and will also be able to try their hand at various disciplines.
The lecture, which will take place from 4 to 6 pm in room L 1. 202, deals with the relationship between man and machine in the silent film ‘The Chess Player’ by Raymond Bernard from 1927.
